• Residents of countries where online betting is legally prohibited
• Holders of accounts previously terminated or banned by crex apps
• Crex apps employees or their immediate family members
• Individuals who have enrolled in the self-exclusion program

We may request proof-of-age documents at any time as part of the identity verification process. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

To create a valid account on crex apps, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all will be canceled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crex apps. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Participation in match-fixing or any form of fraud
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus hunting)
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Exploiting odds errors by placing unusually large bets
• Using someone else's account or sharing accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the crex apps system
• Harassing or abusing other users

We are always vigilant about the security of our platform. If suspicious activity is detected, crex apps reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Crex apps believes that betting is a recreational activity that should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage all our users to bet consciously and within limits.

Our platform includes responsible gaming tools such as:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Court or regulatory authority directive

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, funds will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days. Users may also request closure of their account at any time.

Crex apps takes the security of your personal information extremely seriously. We only collect the information necessary to operate the platform and fulfill legal obligations.

Crex apps provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for:

• Betting losses caused by internet disconnection
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software
• Delays in third-party payment processing
• Unexpected downtime or technical issues
• Financial losses from betting
• Inaccurate data from third-party sports data providers

Crex apps is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform. Users are betting at their own risk and bear full responsibility.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between crex apps and the user will first be resolved through negotiation.

If resolution through discussion is not possible, the matter will be referred to international arbitration. The arbitration decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. First submit your complaint to the crex apps support team
2. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
3. If unresolved, the issue will be escalated to the management team
4. An independent mediator will be appointed if necessary
